The Tennessee Chapter of the American Fisheries Society will meet at Fall Creek Falls
State Park on March 11 and 12, 2008. The program will consist of technical
sessions with a business meeting and social on the night of the 11th. The meeting
will start around noon on the 11th and adjourn by noon on the 12th.
Program:
We are considering papers on all aquatic resource topics. Each speaker will have 15 minutes to present,
and 5 minutes for questions. Send abstracts (less than 250 words) to
Frank.Fiss@state.tn.us by February 1, 2008.
If you are a student and you would like to have your paper judged, then indicate that in the email.
We will provide equipment to display Powerpoint presentations.

Fall Creek Falls State Park Inn, 2536 Lakeside Drive, Pikeville, TN 37367.
Call for reservations at 1-800-250-8610, tell them you are with TN AFS. That should get you a room rate
of $65 per night for one or two adults per room. There are also cabins available. Smoking is prohibited
in all rooms and cabins. Make your reservations by January 30, 2008, to get the meeting lodging rate.
